摘要
由于耗氧速率 (OUR)直接反映了好氧生物处理过程中微生物的活性和有机物的降解速率,因此可用 OUR作为反应过程特性参数和控制参数。本研究根据 SBR法特殊的反应过程,发展了一种 OUR在线检测方法,并与静态法 (即传统 DO瓶法 )作了比较。指出在溶解氧 (DO)大于 3 mg/L时,在线检测和静态法均能准确检测 OUR值,当 DO≤ 0. 3 mg/L只有在线法可以准确检测 OUR值。
Since oxygen uptake rate (OUR) directly reflects the activity of microorganism and the degradation rate of organic matters during the process of aerobic biological treatment,OUR can be used an the characteristic parameter and controlling parameter of reaction process.Based on the specific reaction process of the SBR method,an on_line OUR detecting method was developed and compared with the static method (conventional DO bottle method).It is pointed out that when dissolved oxygen(DO) is higher than 3 mg/L,both on_line detection and static method may accurately detect the value of OUR,and when DO is≤ 0.3 mg/L,only the on_line method may accurately detect the value of OUR.
