摘要
利用环 -块试验机 ,研究了在蓖麻油、蓖麻油 +硬脂酸锌、蓖麻油 +硬脂酸钙 3种润滑剂下 ,有色金属铜(H6 2 )、铝 (L2 )试样与 9CrSi环的摩擦磨损行为 ,探讨了其摩擦磨损机理。结果表明 :蓖麻油中加入硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钙添加剂 ,能生成化学反应吸附膜 ,形成边界润滑 ,保护金属表面不易磨损 。
With block-on-ring apparatus, the friction and wear behavior were investigated for copper and aluminum specimen and steel ring under lubrication of castor oil、 castor oil + zinc stearate and castor oil + calcium stearate. Its friction and wear mechanisms were studied. Adding zinc stearate and calcium stearate into castor oil, the results indicated that chemical adsorbing film was created and boundary lubrication was formed to prevented the metal surface from abrasion so as to improve the abrasive resistance.
