摘要
铁路内燃机车柴油机的化学腐蚀磨损一般由渗、漏水而引发 ,用不同机油耗实例阐述了润滑机理及机械磨损机理。全文运用机油衰败的剖析方法 ,即借助红外光谱、元素发射光谱经处理后的数据 。
In general,the chemical corrosion and abrasion of railway diesel locomotive is caused by leakage water.The lubrication mechanism as well as its mechanical wear mechanism are described with cases of different lubrication oil consumption (kg/10 3km·10 4t).With analytic methodology of lubrication oil deterioration,assisted by the data processed by the infrared spectroscopy and multielement oil analyzer,the deteriorating process of the lubrication oil quality is analyzed.
