摘要
以聚酯和聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯、三元醇和芳香族二胺等为主要原料,研制了轮子用浇注型聚氨酯弹性体。讨论了原材料、配方、制备工艺和模具对轮子性能的影响,确定了基本配方和制备工艺。所研制的透明聚氨酯轮子性能优异,质量稳定,使用寿命长。
Transparent polyurethane elastomers used for solid wheel were prepared from polyester polyol, polyether polyol, toluene disocyanate and methylene bis-ortho-chloroaniline. The effects of raw materials, formulation and preparation techniques on the properties of the transparent wheels were discussed. The basic formulation and preparation process were obtained. The transparent wheels have excellent property, stable quality and longer service life.
