摘要 通过热浸镀的方法制得含铝为 6 5 % (质量分数 )的锌铝合金镀层。研究了助镀剂、热镀温度和热镀时间对镀层质量和镀液寿命的影响。中性盐雾试验和二氧化硫加速腐蚀试验结果表明 ,热浸镀锌铝合金 (ωA1=6 .5 % ) Zinc-aluminum alloy containing 6.5 weight percent aluminum was obtained by hot dip galvanizing. The effect of galvaninzing auxiliaries, dipping temperature and time on the obtained alloy properties and service life of the hot dip bath was studied. Neutral salt spray test and accelerated corrosion test in sulfur dioxide atmosphere show that corrosion resistance of hot dipped zinc-aluminum alloy is superior to that of zinc electrodeposit.
