摘要
对氢氧化钠沉淀法直接制备Bi2 O3 粉末进行了研究 ,实验发现反应温度、终点pH值和搅拌速度对Bi2 O3的纯度有较大的影响。研究表明 :最佳工艺条件为反应温度 70~ 90℃ ,pH值 12左右 ,搅拌速度约 30 0r min ,制得的Bi2 O3 为 β型、针状、粒度为 1~ 10 μm、高纯度的粉末 ,可应用于对粒度和纯度有一定要求的无机颜料、阻燃剂、抑烟剂。
The preparation of Bi 2O 3 powder by the methods of sodium hydroxide precipitation directly were studied in detail,and the reaction temperature,pH and stirring speed influenced considerably on the purity of Bi 2O 3 were found.The optimum technological conditions are as following:temperature 70~90 ℃ ,pH about 12,stirring speed about 300 r/min,the β-style Bi 2O 3 with needle-shape,1~10 μm and high pury powder was obtained,which could be able to meet certain requirements for size and purity in the fields of inorganic yellow pigment,flame retardant,smoke restraint,high refracting ray glass and nuclear engineer glass.
