急性脑出血大鼠脑内HSP_(70)与NF-κB的表达 被引量:3

Expression of HSP_( 70)and NF-κB in rat brain after acute intracranial hemorrhage

摘要 目的 研究急性脑出血大鼠脑内HSP70 与NF κB的表达变化。方法  5 0只大鼠随机分为正常组 (10只 )、假手术组 (10只 )与模型组 (30只 )。用Ⅶ型胶原酶立体定位法复制急性脑出血动物模型 ,术后第1、3、7天观察脑组织病理学变化以及HSP70 和NF κB免疫组织化学。结果 病理学观察 ,模型组第 1天血肿明显 ,第 3天血肿有所缩小 ,第 7天血肿基本吸收。免疫组织化学染色示HSP70 与NF κB在脑内广泛表达 ,术后第 1天HSP70 表达主要在非手术侧皮质 ,术后第 3天HSP70 表达主要在手术侧皮质 ,其次在海马 ;NF κB表达主要在胼胝体 ,其次在皮质。结论 急性脑出血大鼠脑内HSP70 与NF κB表达增强 ,术后第 3天达高峰 。 Objective To observe the expression of HSP 70 and NF κB in rat brain after experimental haemorrhagic stroke. Methods Rats were randomly divided into normal group and model group. Haemorrhagic stroke rat model was made by injecting collagenase type Ⅶ stereotaxically. In three time point (1 day,3 days and 7 days after operation) we observated the pathologic changes of brain tissure, HSP 70 and NF κB immunohistochemistry. Results Light microscope study showed that hematoma of model group was obvious on first day after operation decreased in 3 days and almost absorbed in 7 days. Immunohistochemistry showed that HSP 70 and NF κB expressed extensively in rat brain. HSP 70 signal expressed mainly in cortex of non operative side on the first day after operation and operative side in 3 days. In hippocampus, NF κB signals expressed mainly in callus, then in cortex. Conclusion The expression of HSP 70 and NF κB increased and got to peak in 3 days after operation, mainly in cortex and callus.
