摘要
目的 探讨血脂与中青年人脑卒中的关系。方法 检测了 2 0 6例中青年脑卒中患者及 80例对照者的甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)、载脂蛋白A I(ApoA I)、载脂蛋白B10 0 (ApoB10 0 )和脂蛋白 (a) [Lp(a) ]血清含量。结果 脑梗死组TG、TC、LDL C、ApoB10 0 及Lp(a)水平显著高于对照组 ,Lp(a)水平亦高于脑出血组 ,异常的血脂成分随年龄变化而发生改变 ;皮层动脉区脑梗死组Lp(a)水平显著高于穿通动脉区脑梗死组 ;脑出血组血脂指标与对照组比较差异无显著。
Objective To elucidate the relationship between blood lipid level and stroke in the mid adults and young adults. Methods The serum concentrations of triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL C), apolipoprotein A I (ApoA I), apolipoprotein B 100 (ApoB 100 ) and lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)] were measured in 206 patients with stroke and 80 normal control subjects. Results The levels of TG, TC, LDL C, ApoB 100 and Lp(a) in patients with cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in the controls, and the levels of Lp(a) were also significantly higher than the patients with cerebral hemorrhage. The abnormal elements of blood lipid change as the age increases. The levels of Lp(a) in cases of cortical artery infarction were much higher than the patients with perforating artery infarction and the controls. There was no significant difference in blood lipid levels between the patients with cerebral hemorrhage and the controls. Conclusion The results suggest that disturbance of blood lipid metabolism should be a risk factor for cerebral infartion in the mid adults and young adults.
