摘要
目的 :了解内窥镜下切除腺样体治疗成人慢性腺样体炎的疗效。材料和方法 :选择 38例诊断为慢性腺样体炎的病例行内窥镜下腺样体切除 ,所有患者术前均经鼻内窥镜或 CT检查除外鼻窦炎或过敏性鼻炎 ,气管支气管炎性或肿瘤性病变等。结果 :术后两周症状的改善率为 6 0 %～ 90 % ,术后 0 .5～ 2年未见复发或加重者。结论 :内窥镜下切除腺样体是治疗成人慢性腺样体炎的有效方法。
Objective:To investigate the effect of endoscopic surgery for adult chronic adenoiditis There were 16 males and 22 females ,ranging in age from 19 to 47 years old ,which suffered from chronic adenoiditis over 2 years Methods:The adenoids of 38 cases were diagnosed as chronic adenoiditis which removed by endoscopic surgery The inflammatory sinus diseases and allergic diseases were ruled out before the establishment of diagnosis of chronic adenoiditis Results:The successful rate of endoscopic surgery for adults chronic adenoiditis was 60 0% to 89 5% No recurrence case was found after successful management in these cases Conclusion:Complete removal of the diseased adenoid tissues by endoscopic surgery in adults is available in the treatment of chronic adenoditis
