摘要
目的 :应用高分辨率PET仪研究脑葡萄糖代谢与年龄的关系。材料和方法 :将29例正常人分为三个年龄段 ,分别进行FDG -PET脑显像。将各脑区与白质的比值作为评价葡萄糖代谢的半定量方法。结果 :随着年龄的增长 ,皮质代谢有所减低 ,尤以额叶为明显 ,而小脑、壳核代谢减低不明显。结论 :总结老年脑FDG -PET图像的特点如下。(1)外侧裂增宽、脑室增大、脑沟增宽 ;(2)皮质代谢减低 ,尤以额叶为明显 ;(3)额叶放射性/白质放射性比值的95 %可信区间为1.81~2.48 ;(4)皮质前后梯度性变化消失 ;(5)小脑、壳核代谢减低不明显 ;(6)小脑放射性/白质放射性比值的95 %可信区间为1.82~2.51。(7)壳核放射性/额叶放射性比值的95 %可信区间为0.98~1.46。
Purpose:To determine the regional metabolic changes that take place with advancing age with high-resolution PET instruments.Materals and Methods:29 healthy normal subjects were divided into three groups according to ages and each subject undertook FDG-PET scans.Each anatomic region was assessed using a qualitative method(the ratio of each region-to-white matter radioactivity as index).Results:The most consistent finding in normal aging was decreased cortical metabolism,particularly in the frontal lobes,while putamen and cerebellum remained metabolically unchanged with advancing age.Conclusions:The FDG-PET findings in the brain of aged people are as follows:(1)expansion of the cerebrospinal spaces;(2)decreased cortical metabolism,particularly in the frontal lobes;(3)the 95% creditable range of frontal/white is 1.81~2.48;(4)cerebellum、basal ganglia remain metabolically unchanged;(5)the anterior-posterior-gradient diminishes;(6)the 95% creditable range of cerebellum/white radioactivity is 1.82~2.51.(7)the 95% creditable range of putamen/frontal is 0.98~1.46.
