脉络宁高压氧治疗突发性聋

Treating idiopathic sudden deafness with Mailuoning and hyperbaric oxygen

目的 :观察脉络宁高压氧治疗突发性聋的疗效。方法 :应用脉络宁 2 0ml加入 5%葡萄糖注射液或氯化钠注射液 2 50ml中滴注 ,每日 1次 ,连续使用 1月 ,同时接受高压氧治疗 ,每日 1次 ,1 0次为 1疗程 ;并与西医治疗组进行对照。结果 :脉络宁高压氧治疗突发性聋总有效率 85 72 % ,显著高于西医治疗组有效率的54 1 0 % ;脉络宁高压氧治疗突发性聋的疗效与治疗时间的早晚有关 ,治疗愈早 ,疗效愈好 ;疗程与疗效无显著的相关性。结论 :脉络宁高压氧治疗突发性聋 ,听力恢复快 ,无副作用 。

Objective:To observe the effect of Mailuoning and hyperbaric oxygen treating idiopathic sudden deafness.Method:Mailuoning 20 ml was added to 250 ml of 5% glucose injection or sodium chloride injection,given intravenous drip,once per day,for one month, meanwhile the patients accepted hyperbaric oxygen,once per day and ten times for one course;the outcome were compared with the groups treated by western medicine.Results:The effective rate of Mailuoning and hyperbaric oxygen group is 85.72%,which is far higher than the groups treated by western medicine of 54.10%.The earlier treatment is done,the better the result will be.There is no interrelation between the course of treatment and the result of treatment.Conclusion:By Mailuoning and hyperbaric oxygen the hearing recovers fast.Besides,there is no side-effect and its result is better than that of western medicine treatment.
