摘要
目的 :了解外耳道真菌病的致病菌种 ,正确诊断和治疗外耳道真菌病。方法 :取耳道分泌物涂片 ,用 1 0 %KOH法制片检查 ,镜检阳性者接种沙氏培养基做真菌培养。结果 :分离出致病真菌 40株 ,曲霉菌占85% ( 34 40 ) ,白色念珠菌占 1 5% ( 6 40 )。致病真菌培养阳性率为 91 1 %。结论 :外耳道真菌病主要致病真菌是曲霉菌和白色念珠菌 。
Objective:To study the pathogenic fungi of otomycosis and to make correct diagnosis and treatment.Method:Secretion of external acoustic meterna with 10% KOH was filmed preparation.Then the cases with positive result under microscopic examination were cultured in sabourand.Results:40 strains of pathogenic fungi were isolated,aspergillus and candida albicans had the rates of 85%(34/40) and 15%(6/40) respectively.The positive rate of pathogenic fungi cultivation was 91%.Conclusion:The main pathogenic fungi of otomycosis are aspergillus and candida albicans.It is necessary to examine the blood sugar and urine sugar for elder and middle-aged patients with otomycosis.
