摘要
目的 :比较前后鼻孔纱球填塞法与双管水囊前后鼻孔填塞法治疗严重鼻出血的疗效。方法 :1 64例鼻出血患者 ,96例进行前后鼻孔纱球填塞 ,68例行双管水囊前后鼻孔填塞。结果 :前后鼻孔纱球填塞法一次止血治愈率 64 5% ,双管水囊前后鼻孔填塞法一次止血治愈率 83 8% (P <0 0 5)。结论 :双管水囊前后鼻孔填塞法操作简便 ,止血速度快 ,可作首选止血法。
Objective:To evaluate and compare the curative effects between gauze roll packing and dual water bag packing of the anterior post nares in arresting epistaxis.Methods:Ninety six cases with severe epistaxis were treated with gauze roll packing and 68 cases with dual water bag packing.Results:The cure rate of ribbon gauze packing at the first arresting bleeding was 64.5%,and the dual water bag packing was 83.8%(P<0 05).Conclusion:Dual water bag packing in the anterior post nares is a simple method,and may be a first selective way that arrest epistaxis more quickly.
