喉部分切除术81例的疗效分析

Analysis on the curative effect of 81 cases with partial laryngectomy

目的 :探讨喉部分切除术的疗效及修复方法。方法 :回顾分析 1 980至 1 999年施行喉部分切除术81例的临床资料 ,其中声门上型喉癌 2 2例、声门型喉癌 59例。结果 :声门上型喉癌 3、5年生存率分别为 6 6 .7%、6 3.2 % ,声门型喉癌 3、5年生存率分别为 87.2 %、80 .5 %。拔管率声门上型喉癌为 77.2 % (17 2 2 ) ,声门型喉癌为 93.2 % (5 5 5 9)。结论 :喉部分切除术能保留大部分患者喉的呼吸及发声功能 ,是根治喉癌的有效术式。

Objective:To explore the curative effect and reconstructive methods following partial laryngectomy.Method:The clinical data of 81 cases with partial laryngectomy were reviewed.The clinical type was supraglottic in 22 cases and glottic in 59 cases.Results:The 3 and 5 years' survival rates for supraglottic cancer were 66.7% and 63.2% respectively,for glottic cancer were 87.2% and 80.5% respectively. The decannulation rates in supraglottic and glottic cancer were 77.2% and 93.2% respectively. Conclusion:The partial laryngectomy can preserve respiratory and phonetic function for most patients with laryngeal cancer.
