摘要
目的 :探讨针刺听宫穴注射利多卡因治疗神经性耳鸣的效果。方法 :对神经性耳鸣 80例采用针刺听宫穴得气后注射 2 %利多卡因 1ml。结果 :80例中治愈 58例、66耳 ,显效 1 0例、1 2耳 ,有效 6例、6耳 ,无效 6例、8耳。结论 :突聋伴耳鸣及噪声性耳鸣且病程短者疗效好 ,外伤性耳鸣及原因不明耳鸣者疗效较差 ,此法简便易行、安全 ,无毒副作用。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of injection lidocaine for nerve tinnitus by acupuncture T'ingkung. Method:80 cases were treated with acupunture T'ingkung and injection of 2% lidocaine 1ml. Result:In the 80 cases,58 cases with 66 ears were cured,10 cases with 12 ears had good phonation,6 cases with 6 ears had effective outcome,6 cases with 8 ears had no effect.Conclusion:This method is good for cases with short course of disease and sudden deafness and tinnitus but is bad for traumatic tinnitus and idiopathic tinnitus.Meanwhile the method is simple,safe and without side-effect.
