琼脂糖等电聚焦法分离碱性磷酸酶同工酶在肿瘤诊断中的应用

Clinical application of alkaline phosphatase isoenzyme separated by agarose isoelectricfocusing in the diagnosis of tumor.

目的 :探讨碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)同工酶在肿瘤诊断中的应用。方法 :采用神经氨酸苷酶对正常人及患者血清中ALP同工酶进行处理后进行琼脂糖等电聚焦。结果 :12 1例肿瘤患者中的 92例有一等电点为 6 2的区带 ,其阳性率为 76 %。结论

Objective:To disscuss the significanse of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) isoenzyme in the diagnosis of tumors.Methods:ALP isoenzymes in the serum of normal persons and tumor patients had been separated by agarose isoelectric focusing(IEF).Results:92 Cases of 121 malignant tumor patients had a pI6.2 band which did not exit in normal groop、cholestatic patients and liver cirrhosis.Conclusion:ALP isoenzymes separated by IEF had clincal value in the diagnosis of tumor.
