海员心理因素与血压的关系──4072名测定结果的相关分析

The relation of psychological factors and blood pressure in seamen -correlative analysis of measure- ments in 4072 cases

目的 探讨海员的焦虑与Ａ型行为同高血压的相关关系。方法 ４ ０７２例海员按统一标准测量血压，并按统一导语，填写焦虑自评量表（ＳＡＳ）与Ａ型行为类型评定表。结果 全部海员的ＳＡＳ分值（４３．６３±９．５７）明显高于中国常模（Ｐ＜０．０１）。高血压组ＳＡＳ与Ａ型行为均值明显高于正常血压组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。相关与回归分析表明：ＳＡＳ与Ａ型行为分值与血压呈显著正相关（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论 焦虑与Ａ型行为是影响血压的因素，应加强海员的心理卫生保障。

Objective To investigate the correlation between anxiety,type A behavior and blood pressure in seamen. Methods 4 072 seamen in the Yellow Sea and nearby sea waters were studies. Their blood pressure were measured with an unified method. The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS ) and type A behavior questionnaires were taken with coordinate guidance words. Results The seamen's SAS scores (43.63±9. 57)were significantly higher than the Chinese normal model (P<0.01). The SAS and type A behavior scores of hypertension group were much higher than normal blood pressure group (P< 0.01 ). Correlative and regressive analysis showed that the SAS and type A behavior scores were posi- tively related with blood pressure (P< 0.01). Conclusions Anxiety and type A behavior are factors having effect on blood pressure. Measures should be taken to strengthen seamen's psychological health care.
