摘要
目的 观察氯菊酯和溴氰菊酯两种不同类型拟除虫菊酯对大鼠脑组织单胺类递质含量的影响。方法 大鼠经腹腔注射给予氯菊酯 (10 0mg·kg- 1 ·d- 1 )和溴氰菊酯 (12 5mg·kg- 1 ·d- 1 ) ,5d后取脑组织 ,用荧光分光光度法测定不同区域 (大脑皮层、海马和脑干 )中去甲肾上腺素 (NE)、多巴胺 (DA)、5 羟色胺 (5 HT)及其代谢产物 5 羟吲哚乙酸 (5 HIAA)的含量。结果 氯菊酯组和溴氰菊酯组大脑皮层、海马和脑干中NE含量增加。氯菊酯组大脑皮层和脑干DA含量显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而海马DA含量增加 (P <0 0 5 )溴氰菊酯组大脑皮层和脑干DA含量变化类似于氯菊酯组。氯菊酯组和溴氰菊酯组大脑皮层 5 HT含量显著升高 (P <0 0 5 )。氯菊酯组海马 5 HIAA水平显著降低 (P <0 0 5 )。例如 :对照组、氯菊酯组和溴氰菊酯组大脑皮层NE含量分别为 (0 5 3± 0 0 8)、(0 77± 0 0 4)、(0 94± 0 0 5 )nmol g。
Objective To study the effects of two types of pyrethroids,permethrin(PM) and deltamethrin(DM),on monoamine levels in rat brain.Methods The monoamine levels in cerebral cortex,hippocampus and brain stem of the rats which have been intraperitoneally injected PM(100 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ) or DM (12.5 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ) for 5 days were investigated with fluorescence spectrophotometry.Results The contents of norepinephrine(NE) in cerebral cortex,hippocampus and brain stem in PM group and DM group significantly increased ( P <0 05). The concentrations of dopamine (DA) in above three regions in PM group were more lower than those of control group ( P <0 05) and DA contents were reduced in cerebral cortex and brain stem in DM group. Serotonin (5\|HT) content in cerebral cortex was increased obviously in both PM group and DM group( P <0 05). 5\|hydroxyindole acetic acid(5\|HIAA) level in hippocampus in PM group was decreased significantly ( P <0 05). For example,the average NE contents in cerebral cortex in control group,PM group and DM group were respectively 0.53±0.08,0.77±0.04 and 0.94±0.05(nmol/g tissue).Conclusion PM and DM could affect monoamine levels in rat brain.
