摘要
新材料研究取得重大进展,但其工程应用却受到焊接/连接技术的制约。发展先进的焊接/连接方法和技术,使之与新型材料的发展步伐相匹配。固态焊接、扩散连接和特种钎焊方法与连接技术将在新型材料的工程应用中显示比熔焊更多的优越性。传统材料的焊接/连接也正面临着大幅度提高生产效率与保证产品质量的挑战。
Tremendous progress has been made in Material Science, but engineering applications of new materials are limited by weilding/ joining. The development of new structural materials should be matched by exploring new methods and technologies in welding/joining. Solid-state welding, diffusion bonding and special brazing processes are provided with advantages over fusion welding in joining new materials. Whereas, to increase productivity significantly, to improve quality and reliability of products are remained to be the challenges in welding/joining of tranditional meterials.
