宫颈癌放疗前后热休克蛋白70、90α的表达

HSP70 and HSP90α Expression in Irradiating Cervical Carcinoma

目的 探讨热休克蛋白 70、90α在宫颈癌放疗前后的表达及意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学法分别检测 5 0例宫颈癌患者放疗前后热休克蛋白 70、90α的表达。结果 放疗后热休克蛋白 70、的表达与放疗前相比明显降低 ,热休克蛋白 90α与放疗前相比无显著差异 ;放疗前热休克蛋白 70、的表达与病理分级正相关 ,而放疗后其表达与病理分级负相关。结论 热休克蛋白 70、的表达水平测定可以做为宫颈癌细胞的增殖。

Objective To study the expression of HSP70 and HSP90α and its significance in irradiating cervical carcinoma. Methods Heat shock protein 70 KD (HSP70) and heat shock protein 90 alpha KD (HSP90α) expressions were determined in 50 Cervical Carcinoma cases before and during administration of radiotherapy with immunohistochemical techniques. Results After administration of radiotherapy HSP70 expression was significantly lower than before radiotherapy,but HSP90α was neither increased nor decreased.Before administration radiotherapy,HSP70 expression rate was related to histoloyical grade and it was inversely changing after administration radiotherapy. Conclusion These results suggest that HSP70 expression serve as an important indicator of proliferation,differentiation and radiosensiness of cervical carcinoma cells.
