155例牙周炎患者致病菌及药敏试验临床分析

An Analysis of the Pathogenic Bacteria and its Sensitivity To Medicine Based on 155 Cases of Adult Periodontitis

目的 评价洛阳地区成人牙周炎患者的常见菌群及对抗生素的敏感性 ,选择牙周炎治疗的最佳药物。方法 采用横断面调查方法 ,对本地区常住居民的 15 5例成人牙周炎患者进行细菌培养及药敏试验。结果 15 5例成人牙周炎患者中 ,主要由牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间型普氏菌、粘性放线菌和巨核梭形杆菌引起的混合性感染 ,多数细菌对强力霉素、环丙沙星比较敏感 ,敏感率分别是 87.7%和 91.6 %。结论 洛阳地区成人牙周炎患者常见感染为混合性感染 。

Objective To evaluate the common pathogenic bacteria of adult periodontitis and its sensitivity to antibiotic,so as to select and obtain the best medicine and therapy to treat adult periodontitis. Method By adopting the research method of transverssection,155 cases in Luoyang area underwent an experiment of bacteria culture and its sensitivity to medicine. Result In all these cases,the main reason is the mixed infection of P intermedia,F nucleatum,A viscosus and P gengivalis .Most of the pathogenic bacteria were sensitive and responded to ciprofloxacin and doxycycline. The ratios of sensitivity being 87.7% and 91.6% respectively. Conclusion Mixed bacteria infection of adult periodontitis is the common one in Luoyang area,so the medical therapy should select ciprofloxacin and doxycycline as the first prioritity.
