脾脏肿瘤11例的CT诊断

CT Diagnosis of Splenic Tumors in 11 Cases

目的 研究脾脏肿瘤的CT诊断。方法 复习 11例经手术和 /或病理证实的脾脏肿瘤的CT表现。结果 脾脏恶性淋巴瘤 3例、血管瘤 2例、血管平滑肌脂肪瘤 1例、淋巴管瘤 1例、转移瘤 4例。结论 CT对脾脏肿瘤的诊断具有较高的准确性 。

Objective To study CT diagnosis of splenic tumors. Methods CT manifestations of 11 cases of splenic tumors verified surgico pathologically were reviewed. Results There were 3 cases of splenic malignant lymphomas,2 cases of splenic hemangiomas.l case of splenic hamartoma.1case of splenic lymthangioma.4 cases of splenic metastatic tumors. Conclusion The accurate rate of CT diagnosis in splenic tumors is high,CT examination is an effective method in detecting splenic tumors.
