女性医务工作者的健康体检及疾病谱分析

The Survey of the Health Condition in Female Medical Staff

目的 了解作为特殊群体的女性医务工作者的健康状况及疾病谱。方法 由我院专科医师对全院92 8名女性医务工作者进行乳腺检查、妇科检查、超声检查 ,标准统一。结果 检查出乳腺疾患 90例 ,占乳腺体检人数的 5 5 .6 % ,占全体女性医务工作者的 9.7% ,宫颈炎及子宫肌瘤分别为 5 8例、2 9例 ,分别占妇科体检人数和全体女性医务工作者的 2 4.5 % ,12 .2 %和 6 .3%、3.1%。结论 女性医务工作者健康普查的疾病发生率 ,从高到低依次为乳腺疾患、宫颈炎和子宫肌瘤 。

Objective To study the health condition of the female medical staff. Method All the female medical staff working in the hospital were examined by the specialists in different departments,which included surgeons for the mammary gland,gynecologists and obstetricians for the pelvic physical examination,the ultrasound scanning for the abdominal and pelvic regions,and the X ray for the mammary imaging. Results Mammary diseases were found in 90 cases.It was the most common in this study,which was about 9.7% and 55.6% in the 928 female medical staff and the 162 examined people,respectively.Next to them were cervical inflammation and the hysterom yomas in series,which were 6.3%,3.1% and the 24.5% and 12.2% in the whole female staff and the 237 examined people,respectively. Conclusions The mammary disease was in the first rank of the incidence of the problems in the female medical staff.Next to it was cervical inflammation and the hysteromyomas in series.It has the special distribution of the disease tree for the healthy female medical staff.
