摘要
目的 观察蚊媒感染疟原虫后的组织化学变化。 方法 应用组织化学技术观察对照组和感染约氏疟原虫的斯氏按蚊体内乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH)、琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)、三磷酸腺苷酶 (Mg2 + - ATPase)活性反应与含量以及糖原含量的变化。 结果 与对照组相比 ,感染约氏疟原虫后 ,蚊体内 L DH活性与含量显著增加 ,SDH和 Mg2 + - ATPase活性与含量及糖原含量显著降低。 结论 感染约氏疟原虫可明显影响蚊媒的营养代谢和吸收。
Objective To investigate the histochemical changes on the Plasmodium yoelii yoelii-infected Anopheles stenphensi and the control groups. Methods Using histochemical methods to observe on the changes in activity and content of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)、succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)、adenosine triphosphatase(ATPase) and the content of glycogen in An. stephensi infected and uninfected P. yoelii yoelii. Results The activity and content of LDH in the infected mosquitoes were higher than that in the uninfected mosquitoes, whereas the activity and content of SDH and ATP and the content of glycogen in the infected mosquitoes were decreased obviously. Conclusion The study revealed that infected malaria parasites might affect on the metabolism and obsorption of nutrition in the mosquitoes.
