摘要
在实践的基础上提供一种特征建模的CAD模型,采用三维几何造型法建造零件,将零件视为由若干具有独特形状特征的基本几何体按布尔规则组合而成。由于零件具有明显的几何和工艺特征,因而能被CAPP系统所识别,形成数据共享,通过零件数据库实现二者之间的连接。结合特征建模的HTD—CAD/CAPP集成系统的应用实践,介绍了如何运用零件的设计信息来进行工艺过程自动化设计。
A CAD model which is based on feature modelling and experiences is present in this paper.On the basis of geometry combination representation a component may be considered to consist of several geometrical elements which possess unique feature in shape and in manufacture,Thus the CAD database may be shared by both of CAD and CAPP.A HTD-CAD/CAPP integrated system developed by author has been employed in 3 middle sized factories in China and mainly for ratation components.
