120例氟接触工人心电图十年动态观察与分析

摘要 目的了解过量氟摄入对人体心脏的影响。方法选取某公司电解铝厂120例工业性氟接触者,采用流行病学队列研究,观察心电图的改变情况。结果显示跟踪前后随着工龄的增长,心电图阳性改变检出率增高,两项及两项以上心电图阳性改变检出率也有所增高。结论过量氟摄入对人体心脏神经传导有明显影响,对工业性氟病的诊断应考虑氟对工人心脏的影响。 Objective To study the influence of excessive fluorine on human heart. Mathods 120 workers exposed to industry fluorine in an aluminium factory were selected. The changes of electrocardiogram (EKG ) were obserued by epidemiological cohort study. Results The positive alteration rates of EKG were raised as the employment duration incrased, as well as the rates of EKG with two indices changes. Conclusion Excess fluorine exposure were remarkably impact on the heart nerve conduction. It was suggested on diagnosis of industrial fluorine disorder the effects of heart by fluorine should be considered.
