住院病人抗感染药物应用的统计分析

A Statistical Analysis of the Utilization of Anti-infectious Agents Based on the Medical Records of In-patients

目的 对住院病人抗感染药物利用和费用进行统计分析 ,以了解抗感染药物的应用情况。方法 回顾 1999年 12月出院病历 10 98份 ,计算出 6 5种抗感染药物的DDD值、DDDs、DUI和每日治疗费用。结果 头孢菌素类药物的用药金额占抗感染药物总金额的 46 5 6 % ,部分药物使用剂量偏大 ,部分临床科室联合用药比例偏高。结论 应控制头孢菌素类药物 ,特别是第三代头孢菌素的数量 。

Objective Based on the records of in patients of the hospital, the uses of anti infectious agents were analyzed in order to understand the state of use of the drugs. Methods 1098 medical records of in patients who were admitted in December 1999 were reviewed. Frequency of drug use, day of drug use, drug utilization index and daily therapeutic cost of 65 kinds anti infectious agents were calculated. Results The cephalosporins cost constituted 46 56% of total money for purchasing anti infectious drugs. The dosages of some drugs were slightly large. A part of the clinical departments accounted for a slightly large proportion of combination use.Conclusion The consumption of cephalosporins, especially for ceph3 should be controlled. The dosages of drugs and the indications of combination use should be grasped.
