Establishing Comprehensive Evaluation System of Satisfactory Degree in Whole Hospital

目的 调查医院各科的满意度。方法 采用本院设计的问卷调查表 ,分别对门诊病人、住院病人和院内各科进行调查 ,通过模糊数学综合评判和德尔菲法 ,分科室计算满意度 ,并作分析评价。结果 每月获得全院各科综合满意度。结论 这套综合评价体系覆盖了医院所有科室 ,利用它考核各科医德医风 ,有利于及时发现并解决问题 。

Objective To investigate the satisfactory rate of every department in whole hospital. Methods Outpatients, admission patients and all departments are investigated with the questionnaire designed by hospital. The satisfactory degree of every department by fuzzy mathemtical and Delphi′s method is calculated and evaluated. Results The score of comprehensive satisfactory degree in every department is received monthly. Conclusion This system includes all departments in a hospital, It′s useful to find and resolve questions, improve quality with comprehensive satisfactory degree.
