粉刺消口服液治疗寻常痤疮的临床研究

CLINICAL STUDY OF THE ORAL ADMINISTRATION FLUID OF ACNE ELIMINATION IN THE TREATMENT OF ACNES VULGARIS

目的 观察自行研制的粉刺消口服液对青少年发病率较高的丘疹型和脓疱型寻常痤疮的治疗作用。方法 将 10余味中草药进行加工提取 ,制成口服液。 30ml/次 ,2次 /d口服。治疗丘疹型和脓疱型等典型寻常痤疮 ,2 5d为 1疗程 ,连续服用 2疗程统计疗效。结果 10 6例自愿受试者中 ,治愈 59例 (55.6 % ) ;显效 2 5例 (2 3.6 % ) ;有效 16例 (15.1% ) ;无效 6例 (5.7% )。结论 粉刺消口服液对丘疹型和脓疱型寻常痤疮有较高疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the oral administration fluid of acne elimination triturated by ourselves on juvenile papuloid and pustulosus acnes vulgaris which have a higher morbidity.Methods More than ten Chinese herbal medicines were processed, extracted and prepared into the oral administration fluid.The oral administration fluid was used to treat papuloid and pustulosus acnes vulgaris with 30ml,twice/d and the therepeutic effectiveness was counted with 25 days as a course and 2 courses as a successive administration period.Results Of 106 cases of voluntary subjects, 59 cases were cured (55.6%),25 cases improved obviously (23.6%),16 cases improved(15.1%)and 6 cases with inefficacy.Conclusion The oral administration fluid of acne elimination has higher therapeutic effectiveness on juvenile papuloid and pustulosus acnes vulgaris.
