摘要
目的 了解小儿肠套迭的误诊原因。方法 对 2 8例误诊病例进行回顾性分析。 结果 全部病例经手术治疗 ,治愈 2 6例 ,死亡 2例。结论 对可疑病例 ,应耐心询问病史 ,仔细检查腹部并行肛门指检 ,必要时行B超或空气灌肠 ,是减少误诊的主要方法。
Objective To detect the misdiagnostic reasons of children intussusception.Methods To review the 28 cases of misdiagnostic cases.Results All cases underwent operation,with 26 cases cured,2 cases dead.Conclusion To suspicious cases,patients history should be acquired patiently,while abdomenal detection and anal examination should also be carried out carefully,B-ultrasonic examination or air aenena should be done when necessary.
