活血壮骨胶囊治疗股骨头坏死的临床疗效观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF THE CURATIVE EFFECT OF HUOXUE ZHUANGGU CAPSULE ON NECROSIS OF FEMORAL HEAD

目的 观察活血壮骨胶囊治疗股骨头坏死的临床疗效并探讨其机理。方法 以中西医药相结合的理论与现代科学技术相结合 ,自行研制了纯中药复方制剂活血壮骨胶囊并用于股骨头坏死的临床治疗。结果 146例不同性别、年龄、病程的股骨头坏死病人用活血壮骨胶囊 ,3个疗程后的临床治愈率为 59.6 % ,总有效率为 10 0 %。结论 活血壮骨胶囊组方合理 ,为一治疗股骨头坏死的高效低毒药物。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Huoxue Zhuanggu capsule in the treatment of necrosis of femoral head and to explore the mechanism of this preparation.Methods By combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine and modern scientific technology, a kind of complex preparation of self-developed traditional Chinese medicine was utilized in the treatment of necrosis of femoral head .Results 146 patients of different sexes, ages and stages of necrosis were treated with the preparation. 3 courses of treatment later, the curative rate was 59.6%, and the total effective rate 100%.Conclusion This preparation is constituted on a rational basis and can be used for the treatment of necrosis of femoral head with high curative effect and low toxicity.
