多生牙的曲面体层X线诊断

The X- Ray diagnosis of additional teeth with panoramic

目的 :探讨曲面体层检查对多生牙的诊断价值 ,为临床治疗提供依据。方法 :对153例多生牙病人的曲面体层片做回顾性分析。结果 :多生牙好发于6～13岁、替牙期、两上中切牙之间 ,可致邻牙萌出异常、排列不齐、龋坏、牙根吸收、颌骨囊肿。结论 :曲面体层检查对多生牙的上下、近远中位置定位可靠 ,并能判断多生牙对牙导临床制定治疗方案。但曲面体层不能对多生牙的唇腭向定位 。

Objective: To investigate the diagnosis value of surveying the additional teeth with panoramic,to supply the basis for clinical treatment.Methods: One hundred and fifty-three cases of panoramic image of additional teeth were reviewed. Results: The additional teeth usually happened between the ages of 6～13,maxillary and displaced dentional ,between maxillary centrals .The additional teeth can cause the neighboring teeth abnormal eruption,malaligement, caries and resorption of the neighborly teeth .Conclusion: The upper-lower,mesial-distal location are reliable with panoramic,and it helped to confirm the effect of the additional teeth on the dentally occluded jaw and direct the clinical drawing-up of the plan of treatment .But the lip-palate location of the additional teeth is not confirmed with panoramic.Other examining methods must be combined with this method.
