司法鉴定内部防范机制是鉴定监督的一个组成部分，是预防错误鉴定发生的基本途径和有效手段。近年来，司法鉴定中暴露出的问题越来越多，建立司法鉴定内部防范机制已成为必然。它包括制度、机构和运作系统三方面内容。完善、系统的司法鉴定内部防范机制应当有坚实的组织机构、鉴定行为的全面标准化、健全的防范制度体系等。

As a part of the supervision of expert testimony, the internal defe nse mechanism is a basic way and an effective method to prevent false expert tes timony. Recently, it becomes unavoidable to establish such a mechanism, accompan ying with many problems exposed and this mechanism will involve regulations, ins titutions and operation system. A perfect, systematic internal defense mechanism of expert testimony should consist of profound organizations and institutions, wholly standardized identification deeds and a sound defense system.
