Teachers' Modernization is a Prerequisite to Accomplish Students' Modernization

公安教育的发展离不开教师的现代化。教师自身的现代化是实现培养目标现代化的先决条件，也可以说是实现公安机关人的现代化的根本。衡量教师的现代化应有其相应的标准：教师是否具有培养现代化人才的能力，教师能否树立一种全新的教育观念等。

：The development of public security education depends on teachers' mode rnization．Teachers' modernization is a prerequisite to accomplish students' mod ernization．It's also of basic importance to accomplish the modernization of the entire personnel in public security organs．We must measure teachers' moderniza tion by appropriate criteria; whether or not the teachers have the ability to tr ain modernized talent; weather or not they can acquire a new sense of education, etc.
