摘要 分析了基体钢(6422钢)滚刀实体分别经连续冷却和等温冷却热处理后的显微组织和形貌。研究结果表明,6422钢经连续冷却得到粗大马氏体和少量贝氏体的混合组织,在粗大马氏体的中脊柱发现有较多的空穴存在;等温处理后得到均匀细小的贝氏体组织(约40~50%)。对组织的形成过程进行了分析。在MLD-10型动载磨粒磨损试验机上进行的磨损试验表明,等温处理获一定量细小的贝氏体组织具最高的耐磨性。由磨屑形貌的扫描分析进一步证明,在相同的一定硬度值下,改善组织,提高韧性,对磨粒磨损性能的提高具重要的作用。 The microstructure and morphology of matrix steel (6422) cutter with continuous cooling and isothermal cooling heat treatment were studied. The mixtures of coarse martensite-bainite in the continuous cooling condition and Sine bainite-martensite (about 40~50% bainite) in the isotermal cooling condition were obtained There are some cavities on the rib of the coarse martensite's plates. The abrasive wear test was conducted on MLD-10 type tester. The fine bainite-martensite has superior wear resistence. The analysis of the abrasive filing's morphology by SEM shows that the good abrasive resistence of steels at the equivalent hardness was obtained by improving the microstructure and increasing the toughness.
