摘要
激光熔凝后的灰铸铁具有枝晶型或共晶表层+枝晶型组织。共晶表层由于形成Fe_3C和马氏体而得到极高的硬度和较好的耐磨性。另外,还分析了熔凝区中石墨的行为及过渡区的组织。
Laser melted zones of gray cast iron have two kinds of microstructure: One is eutectic structure with high hardness (~1010 Hv) and wear resistance the other is dendritic structure with low hardness. TEM and quantitative x-ray analysis show that the former is strengthened by Fe_3C carbides and martensite. In addition, the behavior of graphite in laser melted zone and transition zone is discussed.
