摘要
“ 6· 24”绑架杀人案中的勒索信采用了故意降低书写水平、伪装编造规律性的笔记特征和故意改变字的结构等多种方法进行书写。对伪装笔迹的检验，除检验人员应认真分析、“吃透”检材、掌握伪装笔迹的变化规律外，收集的样本笔迹的适用性是重要条件，同时侦查员在提取证据时的证据保全意识也非常重要。
In the kidnap and homicide case happened on June 24, the criminal not only lowered his handwriting level purposely and made up regular handwriting features but also changed the structures of characters in the extortion letter. In the inspection of the forged handwriting case, the spectator should analyse seriously and take inspection materials in as well as grasp the regularity of forged handwriting changing and collect the adaptability of sample handwriting. Also, it is important for the inverstigators to be aware of preserving the evidences the process of collecting evidences.
