批评与自我批评是我们党优良传统之一 ,但在目前现实中 ,却常有一些扭曲变形。这主要是主观意识、人情关系 ,用人制度等原因造成的。为此 ,要强化思想意识 ,提供良好氛围 ,讲究方式方法 ,并建立起规范化的批评与自我批评制度。

Inner party criticism and self criticism is a weapon for strengehening the Party organization and incressing its fighting capacity,but its utility is not sound very often in reality for the sake of subjective ideology,personal relationship and personnel system,etc.Therefore,it is indispensable to enhance the ideology of criticism and self criticism,pay attention to the art of criticism and self criticism, strike up good atmosphere and standardized system of criticism and self criticism.
