摘要
领导的个性相对于普通人而言要显得突出 ,且其拥有的特殊地位又为其充分展现个性提供了更多机会。领导个性表现在选拔任用干部方面 ,即是选人和用人的主观性和随意性 ,在组织原则和民主监督削弱时可滋生宗派作风和官僚主义。对此 。
Leaders' individuality appears protrudent in comparison with layfolk;furthermore,leaders' distinguishing statuses make more opportunity to show their character.However,leaders who possess strong personality usually perform the subjectivity and random when choosing and appointing cadres,even bureaucratism and denominationalism in case democratic supervision and organizational principle are weakened.So it is necessary to form a good system of choosing and appointing cadres.
