摘要
用自制Coffin型和自约束型热疲劳试验机研究了淬火温度、回火温度对4Cr3Mo3W4VNb(简称GR钢)钢热疲劳裂纹萌生抗力及扩展抗力的影响,研究结果表明,经1160℃淬火的试样的疲劳抗力比1100℃和1220℃淬火的均高;而经1160℃淬火,630℃回火,试样的热疲劳抗力比经1160℃淬火,500℃、750℃回火的均高。还对这些结果的变化规律进行了探讨。
The effect of quenching and tempering temperature on the resistance to thermal fatigue crack initiation and the speed of thermal fatigue crack propagation of GR steel was examined by means of Collin-mode and seif-strained machines. The results showd that the specimen quenched at 1160℃ possesses higher resistance to thermal fatigue than that quenched at 1100℃ or 1220℃. The specimen quenched at 1160℃ and tempered at 630℃ possesses higher resistance to thermal fatigue than that quenched at 1160℃ and tempered at 500℃ or 750℃. The mechanism of the results is discussed also.
