摘要 用Cr 1、15、25%,C 2.3~3.5%的铬系白口铸铁,通过改变凝固冷却速度和热处理条件,制备的试料在Stuffer磨损试验机上进行干式和湿式磨损试验。试验结果表明:在干式磨损的场合下,随着试料Cr/C比的提高,摩耗比下降。砂型铸造的试料比金属型铸造的试料耐磨。高温回火的试料比低温回火的试料耐磨。在湿式磨损的场合下(78%砂+22%水),15%Cr和26.5%Cr的试料摩耗之比差别不大。还有,凝固冷却速度和回火温度对摩耗比的影响不明显。 The influence of Cr and C contents on wear behaviour of white cast irons containing Cr 1、15、25%, C 2.3~3.5% are studied, and specimens obtained by various cooling rate of solidification affer casting into sand and metallic molds and different heat treatments are tested on stuffer wear machine under dry and wet wearing conditions. The results show that under dry-wearing the wear-out ratio decreases with the increase of Cr/C ratio, and the wearability of specimens sand casted and high temperature tempered is better. While under wet-wearing (78% sand, 22% water) the wear-out ratios of 15%Cr and 26.5%Cr specimens are both small and there is rather little difference between them. And they are hardly affected by cooling rate of solidification and tempering temperature.
