介绍了双层辉光离子渗金属多元共渗的研究结果。讨论了渗层组织和成分,渗层厚度与工艺参数的关系。试验表明共渗层厚度取决于共渗温度、保温时间和试样材料,其变动范围为0~500 μm,钢的共渗层中的合金元素含量可在0~90%的范围内变动。此外,还列举了双层辉光离子渗金属多元共渗在碳钢钢板及碳钢零件上的应用。
The technique of plasma multi-element surface alloying on steel by double glow discharge is introduced. The typical microstructures and alloying element distributions of the alloyed surface are shown. The thickness of alloyed layer, depending upon metallizing temperature, time, and the test materials, ranges from 0 to 500μm, and its alloy content varies from 0 to 90%. Some applications are listed.
