摘要
本文应用物理冶金原理结合微合金元素对中碳钢强韧性影响的规律设计了几个系列的高强度高韧性中碳非调质钢的化学成份,经冶炼、锻轧成试料。测定了显微组织参量、研究了热加工条件与组织性能的关系、热加工过程各阶段时微合金元素的碳氮化合物粒子的析出行为、形貌、分布。探讨了中碳微合金非调质钢的强韧化机制和各显微组织参量的各自贡献。
This paper presents the compositions of several new as forged hiqh toughness microalloyed medium carbon steels which were designed according to both the fundamental principles of physical metallurgy and the rules of the influence of microalloyed elements on the strength and toughness of medium carbon steels. Microstruetural parameters of these steels had been determined on as forged specimens. The relationship between hot worked conditions and structures have been studied. The precipitation behaviour of the particles about the carbon-nitrides of microalloys during different stages of hot working had been examined. The strengthening and toughening mechanisms of as forged microalloyed medium carbon steels and the contributions of individual microstructural parameteres are explained in detail.
