摘要
对镍、钴-二氧化锆复合镀液在不同工艺条件下刷镀所得的复合镀层进行了研究,应用扫描电镜和电子探针等设备,观察并拍摄了镀层的表面形貌和金相组织。试验结果表明:按优化参数得到的复合镀层结构紧密、晶粒细致。二氧化锆颗粒均匀弥散在镍、钴基质金属中,且镶嵌在基质金属的缝隙或本体上,形成“销钉”作用,将镀层与基体牢固地连接,使镀层具有较好的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性和抗高温氧化性,可用于模具的表面强化和机械零件的修复。
In this paper, Ni-Co-ZrO_2 composite coatings which are made up by Ni-Co-ZrO_2 solution and on different technological parameters in brush plating were researched. Authors observe and photograph surface shape and compositing of coatings by means of scanning electron microscopy and energy chart instrument. Result of experiment shows that the composite coating made by optimum parameters has close structure and meticulous crystal. ZrO_2 particles spread over the metal coating uniformly and inlaid with the cranny and the base of metal coating. The function of ZrO_2 particles just like 'tack'. The composite coating has better wear resistance and better hot stableness, stronger binding force with base metal. This process may be used to strengthen surface of dies and restoration of machine parts.
