摘要
研究了粉末冶金316L奥氏体不锈钢和粉末冶金316 L+4wt%Si奥氏体/铁素体双相不锈钢的机械性能和断裂特性。研究表明,粉末冶金316L+4wt%Si不锈钢的机械性能(σ_b=541 MPa,δ=23.4%)优于粉末冶金316 L不锈钢,达到冶炼316 L不锈钢水平。粉末冶金316L+4wt%Si不锈钢的断口形貌相断裂机理也不同于粉末冶金316 L不锈钢,在铁素体相区为解理断裂,在奥氏体相区为穿晶断裂。
The tensile properties and fracture characteristics of PM 316 L austenite stainless steel and PM 316 L+4 wt% Si austenite/ferrite stainless steel have been analyzed in this paper. The tensile properties of PM 316 L+4 wt%Si is superior to those of PM 316 L. The fractographs and fracture mechanism of PM316 L+4 wt% Si are also different from those of PM 316 L. Cleavage crack appeared in ferrite and ductile-transgranular rupture did in austenite matrix in PM316 L+4 wt%Si stainless steel.
