摘要
本文综述了线性模型中参数估计的可容许性理论的历史及近年来的发展，同时也提出了一些待解决的问题．
This paper make a review about the history and development in the theory of admissibility estimation in linear model and Variance Component Model. Some open questions are also suggested.
