摘要 分析了国内外阀片质量上的差异,通过对网状阀片的选材,同时进行表层强化工艺试验(如复合热处理、喷丸及电解抛光等),延缓了阀片表面裂纹萌生和减慢裂纹扩展速率,从而延长了阀片的使用寿命。 It has been analyzed that the quality of network valve clack made in China differs from that made in other countries. Through selection of materials together with experiment works on surface hardening technology (such as combined heat treatment, peening, electropolishing, etc.), the surface crack initiation of network valve clack is delayed and the crack propagation rate is reduced, thus exbibits a long service life.
