摘要
研究了LC 4 CS铝金板材的疲劳裂纹起始寿命Ni和裂纹起始的超载效应;对比分析了LC 4 CS与LY 12 CZ两种铝合金板材的抗疲劳综合性能的优劣。结果表明,虽然LY 12 CZ板材的静强度低于LC 4 CS板材的静強度,但在等幅和变幅循环加载下,它的抗疲劳综合性能优于LC4 CS板材。这一结论为LY 12 CZ和LC4 CS板材在等幅和变幅循环加裁条件下的选用及工程设计提供了参考依据。
In the present study, the fatigue crack initiation life (FCIL) for LC_4CS aluminum alloy sheets and its overloading effects are first experimentally investigated. Then based on the test results given in refs, comparision results show that, the static tensile strength of LY12CZ is less than that of LC_4CS, but the fatigue resistances, in the case of constant and variable amplitude such as FC1 and FCP anti its overlooding effect, are better than those of LC_4CS. This may provide a reference for engineering design and preterably selecting materials on conditions.
