女性职业与妇女就业

摘要 妇女就业是以从事女性职业为特征,女性职业与妇女就业是相依相伴的。女性职业曾对妇女就业起过较大的推动作用,但女性职业也使妇女在生产过程中边际化和次要化,使妇女成为了辅助劳动力和廉价劳动力。妇女被局限于女性职业的因素是错综复杂的,主要可以从社会、文化、经济和生产力等角度加以分析。随着知识生产力时代的到来,妇女就业出现了越来越多的妇女突破女性职业范围,闯入昔日男子传统领域的新趋势。 Feminine employment characterized as female occupation, and they are in together and depend on each other. The female occupation ever promoted the feminine employment greatly, but it also made the women become marginal group and less importance in the process of production, and made the women become secondary labour and low paid labour. The causes that the women were limited to female occupation were complicated and confused, we can analysis it mainly from the angle of society, culture, economy and productive forces. With the coming of knowledge and productive forces era, in the aspect of feminine employment appeared the new tendency that more and more women broke the boundary of female occupation, burst into the conventional field of man.
