中外合作办学实践中的法律问题及法律建议

A study on legal problems in the practice of Sino-foreign Joint Schools and the legal proposals for them

中外合作办学是我国教育体制改革中出现的新的办学形式。从北京地区的情况看 ,中外合作办学尽管发展迅速 ,但仍存在许多涉及办学目的、学历、税、外汇及办学主体法律地位等方面的法律问题。本文在分析这些问题的基础上 。

Sino-foreign Joint School is a new form of education emerging from the reform of the education system of China. From the view of the practice of sino-foreign joint schools in Beijing district, the article deeply analyzed the existing legal problems, including the aim of education, the experience of being educated, the taxes, the foreign currencies, and the legal status of the partners of sino-foreign joint schools,etc.. Besides these, the article advanced the legal proposals on strengthening the legal system of sino-foreign joint schools in China. The problems posed in the article have general significance.
